What do we do at Rookies?

    Have you ever?

  • Made a raft out of milk cartons or used wellies to float.
  • Swum in clothes and used them as rescue aids.
  • Played underwater hockey or swum in blacked out goggles.
  • Do you know how to give rescue breaths or chest compressions to save a life?

These are just a tiny glimpse of what you could be doing if you join Rookies.

Thousands of children become lifesavers as a result of taking part in Rookie sessions.

Most of all we have so much fun!
